You can start for free with a 3-month trial on any plan, no credit card required. After the trial, choose the right plan for your kindergarten.

You pay monthly, per active enrolled child. The invoice is generated automatically at the beginning of each month based on the number of active children from the previous month.

The Basic plan includes essential features: photo feed, attendance, menus, chat and email support. The Standard plan adds surveys, recipes and allergens, automated invoicing, advanced reports, assisted onboarding and priority support. The Premium plan includes all features, including employee time tracking and phone support.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and the price difference is calculated proportionally for the rest of the current month.

At the end of the 3 free months, choose a plan and enter your payment details. If you don't wish to continue, your account is automatically deactivated — no charges are made.

There is no limit to the number of children or educators. You only pay per active enrolled child, regardless of the plan chosen.
